Neutralizing permanent hair fixative with hydrolyzed soy protein and collagen for additional hair hydration with a restorative effect.

USE: Use immediately after rinsing out the Flash formula on towel-dried, curled hair. Pour the appropriate amount into a container and whip with a sponge, apply to hair and leave for 5 minutes. After unrolling the curlers, apply the remaining amount of fixative and leave for another 5 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner.
