1. General Terms
By making a purchase through this website, the Buyer enters into a distance contract governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law, Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, and other applicable regulations.
2. Purchasing Process
All product descriptions, prices, and specifications are provided on the individual product pages.
To make a purchase:
- Add the desired items to the shopping cart
- Fill in the required information
- Choose your preferred delivery and payment method
- Confirm the order and proceed with payment
The full order amount will be displayed prior to payment.
3. Payment Terms
All transactions are processed in euros (EUR). Payments are made via the makecommerce.lv platform (Maksekeskus AS), using the following methods:
Available Banks:
- Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
- Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Finland: Aktia, Nordea, S-Pankki, and others
- Visa / Mastercard payment cards
Important: After completing your payment, please click the “Return to Merchant” button to finalize your order.
The personal data required to process the payment is transferred only to Maksekeskus AS.
Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. If delivery is not possible, the Buyer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery is available to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Delivery methods:
- Omniva parcel terminals
- DPD courier service
- In-store pickup (by prior arrangement)
Standard delivery time: 1–5 business days.
In exceptional cases: up to 45 calendar days (the customer will be notified).
Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.
The Buyer is responsible for all customs duties and VAT applicable to the shipment.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Private individuals (consumers) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the original order.
A refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned product is received or after the Buyer provides confirmation of return shipment.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
SL PROF Cosmetics is responsible for product non-conformity that appears within 6 months of delivery. The Buyer must submit a complaint within 2 months of discovering the issue.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Buyer will receive a full refund.
The Seller will respond to complaints within 15 days.
7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
SL PROF Cosmetics processes the Buyer’s personal data only for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data may be shared with third-party delivery service providers.
With separate consent, the Buyer may also receive marketing communications via email. The Buyer has the right to unsubscribe at any time by contacting: slprofcosmetics@gmail.com
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual negotiation.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of the Republic of Latvia.
