Delivery and Payment Terms
The Buyer places an order through this website by selecting the desired product type and quantity. Payment can be made using the integrated online payment tools provided in the e-store or by paying the invoice sent by the Seller to the Buyer via email. The invoice is generated electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller will arrange delivery of the goods within 20 calendar days of receiving payment, coordinating the exact delivery time with the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller.
A withdrawal form will be sent by the Seller via email upon the Buyer’s request.
A full refund will be issued within 7 days of the Seller receiving the returned goods, provided the goods are unused and undamaged.
The Buyer is required to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised If:
- The goods are perishable, consumable, or cannot be returned due to their nature;
- The goods were manufactured specifically for the Buyer based on a custom or individual order;
- The Buyer has opened the packaging.
According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia,“The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.”
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a compensation fee if: the item is returned damaged; used improperly or contrary to usage instructions; the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.
