1. Press (and hold) the ON/OFF button to turn on the straightener.

2. SMOOTH mode will be activated automatically (inner plates), heating up to 180°C within a few seconds.

3. Remember that the straightener can be adjusted up and down (from 70°C to 218°C) by pressing the "+" and "-" buttons next to the ON/OFF button.

4. Press the on/off button once to switch to CURL mode (this will turn the external boards on and off).

5. The device has the ability to activate both modes (SMOOTH & CURL) by pressing the ON / OFF button again (as a result of which the inner and outer plates heat up simultaneously).

6. To turn the curling iron off, press (and hold) the ON/OFF button for a few seconds. To check the current operating mode, the lights will indicate whether SMOOTH, CURL, or both functions are on. For more information, see the user manual.
